John, your situation is a common one. What you need to do is come into my shop so I can give you some basic guidelines on what works for you. It’s not that difficult to learn the basic’s about style, and as a result you will be able to give your wife feedback and the rationale on why something doesn’t work. Remember, if you’re feeling uncomfortable in your clothes, something has got to change, and that change is learning more about your own tastes.
